With many holiday companies going bust this year plus strikes at airlines and airports leaving thousands stranded, why put up with the uncertainty and cost of foreign travel when there is so much to see and do almost on your own doorstep - and even better, you can take your dog with you!

  I can also add that white hairy lurchers can be born white and as they grow up they too develop black blotches all over their skin - like huge freckles I guess. Unless my lurcher is part dalmatian, which could be likely
